Personality

Jaynight spent his entire kithood dreaming of becoming the strongest warrior of all to defend his friends. He loved listening to his mother's stories and would often fantasize about life as a warrior (and perhaps one day leader). When Magpiekit fell ill, however, Jaynight realized that he needed to protect his clan in a different way and nobly chose the life of a medic. While he was unable to save Magpiekit, his friend's loss only spurred him to be more diligent and pour his all into keeping his clan safe and healthy. While he is very serious in his work, when Jaynight is not busy in the medical den, he is an entirely different cat. He is goofy and a tad immature. His favorite activities are play-wrestling with his spouses and kits. Jaynight is the only one of the chosen kits who was old enough to properly remember what LyreClan was like during the worst of the Sleeping Rot, and as a result, is more afraid of it than his clanmates. He is also more knowledgable about LyreClan culture due to both his memories and his training under StarClan's guidance. Jaynight did not let medic duties stop him from pursuing warrior duties as a hobby and he still hunts on occasion as well as helping with apprentice training.

When Jaynight graduated at 17 moons old, he was honored for his compassion.
